BPS 2023 in San Diego

Dr. Caporizzo and lab members Alexa and Emmaleigh traveled to San Diego, California for the annual Biophysical Society Meeting. Emmaleigh presented her poster in the Undergraduate Poster Award competition, and they both presented their posters during the Smooth Muscle and Cardiac Muscle Mechanics poster session. Additionally, Alexa entered her image of IPS cardiomyocytes into the Art of Science Image Contest and won second place out the 10 finalists! Check out the blog post about her image here.
